Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SigmaDojo (the "Service"), a product of KodaBloom LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What SigmaDojo is

SigmaDojo provides original practice tests modeled on the format of the ISEE Primary exams for grades 2, 3, and 4. The first full-length test for each grade is free. Additional tests may be made available for purchase.

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to help your own child or family prepare. You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our questions, explanations, or other content.

3. Purchases and access

Paid purchases are not yet available. When they launch, a purchase will unlock the tests for the grade you buy for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, for personal family use. Prices and terms will be shown at checkout.

4. No guarantee of results

SigmaDojo is a study aid. Our questions are original and designed to resemble the style and difficulty of the real exam, but we do not guarantee any particular score, admission decision, or outcome. The Service is not a substitute for the official exam or official test-prep materials.

5. Not affiliated with ERB

ISEE® is a registered trademark of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB). SigmaDojo and KodaBloom LLC are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by ERB. All test content is our own and is not drawn from actual ISEE exams.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, passages, explanations, artwork, logos, and design — is owned by KodaBloom LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it except as needed for your own personal practice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KodaBloom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
